Spring Lake Inn Guest Policies
General Information:
Unlike a hotel, your reservation is for a specific room and for a specific time. When you make a reservation, we book the room in your name. It is then unavailable to anyone else.
Since cancellations have such a great effect on our small business, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy as follows:
We require a 50 % deposit at the time of your reservation with the balance due 1 week prior to arrival.
We will refund your deposit less a $50 cancellation charge per room if you cancel more than 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel within 30 days, this refund policy applies only if we are able to fill the entire vacancy caused by your cancellation.
If you cancel or change your reservation within 10 days of your arrival date, you will not receive a refund and the entire amount of the reservation will be charged to your account.
We can issue no refunds or make any changes on one-night bookings, 3rd party reservations and gift certificates.
If you are unable to cancel early, we encourage you to send a worthy substitute to honor your reservation.
Unlike Mother Nature, we are not responsible for weather or any unfortunate event beyond our control. We recommend trip cancellation insurance.
